You can find out how to fold an origami crane HERE. As you're doing it, you have to focus, and that's where the prayer comes in - it's your prayer or intention folded into a paper crane. Folding the cranes is tricky at first but it becomes second nature. The prayer or wish behind the 10,000 is a prayer for peace - I would like to stop all atomic bombs, and for the world to be at peace no more war. I ran out of paper for a while but now I'm back in business. I've been working on that since late October and have made almost 3,000 so far. When I came back from Japan I planned on making another 1000, but then I decided I'd like a bigger goal, and I knew I had to aim for 10,000. ![]()
